By accessing or using RumbleZone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

3. Account Registration

When you register, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them

5. Account Suspension and Termination

6. Intellectual Property

All content on RumbleZone, including but not limited to game logic, graphics, UI design, and code, is owned by RumbleZone or its contributors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without permission.

7. Guest Access

You may play games as a guest without registering. Guest players are assigned random names and their game data is not persisted. Guest access may be limited compared to registered accounts.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RumbleZone is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RumbleZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, game progress, or account access.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of RumbleZone after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
